Hello! So I guess there are no takers for the tea. Oh well, I may try to find some recipe that calls for braising beef in chai tea--not sure if that exists yet. UPDATE: Remember when I said Safeway was having a sale on my favorite tea? Well...that's because they were getting rid of the entire stock, and THEY NO LONGER CARRY IT. cry.
August is usually when I get antsy for school to start again. But today marks my 3 months of working at The Office, and there is no end in sight. I have to admit, I am somewhat relieved that I am still employed--not because of anything that I did wrong, but because The Office supposedly has a high turnover rate in the 3-Month Danger Zone (my coworkers like to gossip). Anyways, I have my review on Monday with Boss Doctor and we'll see about that raise...
Today I went to Safeway and bought 4 ears of corn, white mushrooms, avocados, tomatoes, red grapes, a seedless watermelon, and cucumbers. All for $10. Now I have a bunch of fresh produce to eat, but no one to help me eat it.
I have decided that I don't mind running in the fog. I usually get extra motivated when the sun is shining, and lace up my shoes that much faster. Seeing as how I live in Fog Town, those days are precious and few. I guess I just miss being tan.
