Questions I was asked during my interview with Dr. I, an ophthalmologist:


"Integrative Biology? What the hell is that? What do you integrate?"

"You're CPR certified?...Oh, you've done it before? What's that like?"

"What grade did you get in organic chemistry?"

"Have you ever heard of the internet?"

"What's that instrument that I see people play on the street? Is that what you play?"

"So you can write, eh? Why didn't you major in English?"

"What's this 'Pre-Health Professions...thing..' that you're doing? What does it say on your diploma? Oh you don't get a degree?"


"I'm impressed with your credentials. When can you start?"
